Pollock Property

This unique site, which is situated on a peninsula of the Long Island Sound in the City of Rye, New York, was developed with landscape materials to provide a refreshing environment.  The existing seawalls and stone ruins of the private estate of Mr. Pollock was enhanced with various types of plant materials and landscape elements.  The plant materials were specifically chosen to endure the harsh coastal environment and provide an accent of color and beauty on the shoreline property.  Several of the existing seawalls were rebuilt and pathways were created to establish a walking experience along the jagged rocky coastline.  Future plans included a new house and pool.
