The landscape of this cottage style house nestled in the woods of Croton, New York was completely disconnected from the environment and lacked connection and outdoor spaces. A new front walk was developed to provide a sense of entrance to the home. Several outdoor spaces were created in the back of the house with two new clear red cedar decks that are connected by a ground level bluestone patio. A custom wood fence was designed to provide a barrier between the driveway and the adjacent playground area. A small gate allows access to the play area and the back yard. Site Lighting was also added to help illuminate the drive and frame the entrance to the rear yard. A custom entry lamp and pillar was also designed to punctuate the end of the drive.
