Stark Residence

Spring of 2019 the Stark residences will undergo a series of landscape alterations to a portion of their existing rear and side yards with a new Jacuzzi/Spa Area overlooking the recently installed in-ground swimming pool complex. This new Jacuzzi/Spa Area will be situated adjacent to a newly designed outdoor living room space with new outdoor furniture that will located adjacent to a more formal outdoor dining room with an overhead pergola and an outdoor kitchen/bar area for future entertaining. The low boulder wall helps retain the new spa creating an overlook towards the open woodland beyond the property line and a low new stone seat wall will anchor the outdoor living room space. A series of 3D renderings and plan view were developed to help the homeowner recognize the relationships of the connected outdoor living environment created just for the Stark’s.
