Through the development of several schematic designs an overall master plan was developed for this unique site. The site, which sits adjacent to the old croton aqueduct, houses twenty-one Individual housing units. A series of specially selected materials were chosen to replicate the antiqued environment of a European Villa. New paving, planting, tennis court connections, specialty gardens were created to provide a charming community that rest in the midst of a busy suburban area of Westchester New York, only 30 minutes north of Manhattan. With the help of the landscape renovation committee Sanok Design Group was able to create an environment for all to enjoy as the season changed.
