Shepard Residence

A new in ground swimming pool is being built adjacent to the horse barn of the Shepard Residence which is nestled amongst the rolling meadows and hillsides in North Salem New York.   The pool was positioned to take advantage of the majestic views of the undisturbed landscape below.  A digital model using the program Sketch Up was developed for the client to help them better understand the spacial relationships of the house, pool and horse barn.  The digital model helped the client better understand materials, plant types and future plant sizes and placement.  The pool is currently under construction and is promised to be completed by the upcoming holiday.  Stay tuned for pictures of the pool under construction.
